We are only giving the free digital copy to students if you buy your Team Photo & individual sports portrait print on the photo day,
we will give you the digital image of the individual sports portrait for free.
Please check your Spam/Junk folder, for the link.
Email support@takethatphoto.co.uk with your full name, university, team, and most importantly the email address you input to
the laptops after purchasing both photos.
We want to celebrate the launch of our fantastic new Sports Portrait Photo. We are running a competition where the best portrait photos taken across

There are two main reasons:
- Due to Covid 19 & Government regulations, the numbers of people at the venue are limited for safety reasons.
- 36 is the maximum we can fit on the Photograph, without making every team member too small to see on the Photo.
If you arrive with more, don't worry, we will discuss options with your club leader.
Anyone part of your club can come, social members to playing squads, everyone should be notified.
We suggest creating a Facebook event, for you club members to remind them of the time and day so that they can stay informed.
We only come to your university on the days that we have booked.
If you email bookings@takethatphoto.co.uk we will try and squeeze you in at another part of the day.
Please check your Spam/Junk folder.
Log back into the booking calendar and check the booking has been made.
Email us bookings@takethatphoto.co.uk, and we will check your email address on your booking form.
You will receive two emails one after you have booked your slot and one a day before your slot to remind you.
Log back in, and you can amend this, you cannot cancel a slot 4 hours before its due so email us if you have a
problem and we will try to help, bookings@takethatphoto.co.uk
Please check with your President/Captain Club/Team representative, and once the booking has been made,
they will receive a confirmation email of the date & time. Sometimes the Venue is decided on after the confirmation email,
and please check with your Club representative near the date.
From time to time we reach a maximum capacity on our server try again after a few moments.

Free Slots are in white
Zoom out slightly from the page sometimes they are hidden on long schedules or try scrolling down.
If there are no slots do not worry, even though Slots are on a first come first served basis we are working with other clubs to
free up overbooking. We always ensure there is the right amount of each club.
Email bookings@takethatphoto.co.uk with the following and one of our dedicated account managers will get back to you as soon as possible.
- Name
- University name
- Phone number
- Club name
- How many you expect to arrive not how many in your club.
- Preferred time, (you may need to be flexible)
Please check with your President/Captain Club/Team representative, and once the booking has been made,

The minimum amount of time including walking out with your prints is 20 minutes for a team 0-12,
the maximum size team of 36 would take approx. 45mins with photos.
If everyone in the photograph has bought the team photo or the Club has purchased the print.
We will supply you with a high resolution image for you to use copyright free. Ask our members of staff for more information.
All Clubs/Teams MUST book a slot in advance. If there are no slots available on the booking calendar,
please email bookings@takethatphoto.co.uk, and we will find you space.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your time slot, do not enter the photographic area, due to our new COVID secure processes.
Our representative will meet you outside. When you have all arrived, and we have cleared the cordoned area for your team, we will then invite you in.
The more of you in playing kit, the better it will look, please substitute playing kit for training kit or sporting kit similar to the university kit.
In exceptional circumstances, we can change or remove logos. Please be aware this will delay the process for everyone involved.
The new process is designed for everyone to have a Formal Team Photo and Sports Portrait Photo.
Please be aware you will not receive any discounts on prices if you choose only to have a formal/squad photograph.
The University requires the Captains/Presidents to represent their club in playing kit, to produce a library of photos to be compiled for the University.
The maximum number of people we can photograph in anyone slot is 36 or less. Please base your booking on the number of attendees, not how many in your Club.
Each booking slot allows for a Club or Team Photo and a Sports Portrait Photo for each attendee.
If your Club is 36 or less, you can only book 1 slot. This is your Club Photo; you cannot book other spaces for team photos. Spaces are limited,
this is to give every team a chance to have their Club/Team photo.
If the number of attendees is more than 36 you can book extra slots i.e. 4x Teams of 15 in each, book 4 slots in total. Any more than 4 slots,
please contact us at bookings@takethatphoto.co.uk.
You cannot book other places for more team or club photos.

at approx: 30% less of venue covid capacity, Multiple Hand Sanitiser Stations, Cordoned off areas, signage.

That's a 50% discount off our regular prices £40 half price! We will also give you the digital file of your individual Sports Portrait for FREE.

No, they are only available on the day we take the photographs, however,

The President or Captain usually books the timed photo slot, please confirm with them first, or email support@takethatphoto.co.uk for more information, with University and club/team name.
The photographs are ONLY available to purchase on the day, that’s why we offer incredible discounts off our normal prices.
It is Free to book and have a photograph taken. Once the photograph has been taken, you will then be shown a sample photograph if you would like prints, they will be ready to take away in minutes.
It does depend on the exact photographs. However, it ranges between £15.00 and £20.00, and this includes mounts, and the photographs are guaranteed for life*.
*All photographs are Guaranteed for life, return the print and we will send a new print no questions asked.

Yes, we have developed a new covid secure process which allows us to take photos of each team/squad and individual competitor.
The range of products that we can offer will depend on the type of social distancing restrictions that are in place at the time.
UKCA will contact you with your allocated photo time and the location of the photo studio before the competition.
No, there is no charge for your teams to be photographed. The only charge will be when parents and players purchase printed copies.
All images are edited and ready to view and buy on-site within 90 minutes post routine. The Takethatphoto sales/printing area will be signposted and located in a visible location.
The squad/portrait photos purchased on-site are at £20 each. If you buy both the squad photo and portrait photo at the same time,
there is a discounted price of £30.

Please give your best estimate of how many will turn up on the day to be photographed.
A good indication is about 50% of club members usually attend.
If you think less than 40 members will attend then please book 1 slot.
If a few more turn up, don’t worry we will accommodate them.
If you have more than 40, please book 2 consecutive slots, to a maximum of 4 slots per club.

We can only take 2 photographs per slot and these are combination of either a Club/Team Formal, Club/Team Fun.
You will have the opportunity to choose 2 in the booking process.
The Formal Photograph is the one “Sitting on Chairs” and importantly it has all the names of the people at the bottom of the photograph.
We believe that the Formal Photograph has been in existence in Universities for over 100 years, it’s a tradition.
Well, that’s up to you! If you can’t think of what to do, then our expert “Fun” photographers are waiting to help and advise.
Fancy dress is a great option as well as a theme or props, we say “Bring it on” however there are few rules!
99% of the time all Committee Members will sit prominently on the front row in all their shining glory.
They also get their committee positions, along with their names printed on the photograph.
In very rare circumstances, sometimes it is necessary to stand committee members but we will always try to give them a prominent position in the photograph.
To give everyone at your University an equal opportunity to have their Club photographed, we have a limited amount of time at the Venue.
To gain the best discounts and given the limited time, each member of the club should only be photographed twice.
If more photographs are required, we will try and accommodate your requests. These requests can only be handled by our Manager on the day at the venue.
Requests are very much dependent on available time and giving everyone at the University an equal opportunity.
Please arrive 10 minutes before the start of your booked photo slot, especially if you are having a Club Photograph this must be done first before the team photographs.
Bring as much matching kit as you can, spare shirts, jackets and hoodies are always welcome, the more kit you bring the better the photograph will look.
In certain circumstances our elite crew of photographers and photo shoppers can often create a masterpiece from limited available kit.
It is Free to book and have a photograph taken. Once the photograph has been taken you will then be shown a sample photograph if you would like prints they will be ready to take away in minutes.

We accept cash, all major credit and Debit cards, contactless, apple and android pay.
Each booking slot varies in time from 10 -20 minutes in length we aim to complete both your photographs in this time.
We then process your 1st sample photographs to look at and to make sure that there are no spelling mistakes in your photograph. This takes approx 10 minutes.
We then take your orders and print your photographs for you to take home on the day. The whole process should take about 30-40 mins per club.
No, the photographs are only available to purchase on the day, that’s why we offer incredible discounts off our normal prices.
Yes, there are 2 possible ways to receive a digital copy of a print.
1. If everyone in the photograph buys at least 1 photograph each then we will email you a digital copy Free of charge.2. To purchase a digital copy then times the number of people in that photograph by £10 i.e. 12 people in the photograph the total price of the photograph is £120.00 please note we can only take a single payment for this product.
You will have total free copyright over that image. Essentially “do as you please with that image”.
